How do I book a shoot?

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost? Pricing varies by property size, type, location, and selected services. We offer a la carte pricing and bundled packages. Request a custom quote for an accurate price.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments. Payment is typically due upon delivery with the invoice delivered at the same time as the photos.

Do you charge travel or mileage fees? Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Your quote will show any travel or permit fees up front.

Scheduling & Turnaround

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as soon as a listing is confirmed—ideally 3–7 days beforehand. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on schedule.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice.

How long does it take to receive images and deliverables? Standard delivery for photography is 24 hours. Add-ons like virtual staging, 3D tours, and custom video edits may take 24-36 hours. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Preparation & On-Site

How should I prepare a property for photos?

• Declutter counters and personal items

• Remove trash and pets from the scene

• Make beds, tuck away cords, and hide trash cans

• Turn on all lights and open shades for natural light

• Remove stickers and intrusive signs.

• Remove vehicles from in front of home.

Access to the property - We require access via the seller, listing agent, or showing service. If vacant, provide lockbox code or meet the photographer on site.

Can I be present during the shoot? Yes, agents are always welcome to attend. For occupied homes, it’s best if occupants are out of the immediate shooting areas.

Photography & Quality

What equipment do you use? We use professional full-frame cameras, wide-angle lenses, gimbals, drones, and industry-standard lighting to ensure high-quality, distortion-controlled images.

Do you retouch images? Yes. All images receive color correction, exposure blending (HDR where appropriate), and basic retouching. Additional advanced retouching or virtual staging is available as an add-on.

Can you remove items from photos (e.g., signage, personal items)? We can remove small distractions and do light clean-up. Major manipulations or structural edits require additional retouching fees.

Drone & Aerial

Do you offer drone services? Yes. Drone photography and videography are available where permitted.

Are you FAA certified? We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured. Flights comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Can you fly at any property? Drone flights require appropriate airspace and client permission. Flights near airports, helipads, or restricted areas may be limited or require permits.

Virtual Tours & 3D

What is a Matterport 3D tour? Matterport creates an interactive, navigable 3D model of the property that prospects can virtually walk through. It includes floor plans and dollhouse views when requested.

How long does a 3D tour take to capture? Capture time depends on property size but typically ranges from 30 minutes for small homes to 2+ hours for larger properties.

Virtual Staging & Twilight

What is virtual staging? Virtual staging digitally furnishes empty rooms or replaces outdated furniture in photos to help buyers visualize the space.

How realistic is virtual staging? Our virtual staging is photorealistic and designed to match the style and scale of the property. Staged images are labeled to indicate digital staging as required by industry guidelines.
